The Proponent Tool
is the main tool through which you will create and submit a data package in support of your drilling proposal.
First register for a basic user account (you will need a new account if you used SSDB during the IODP era),
then login to SSDB and use the My Account link to
request access to your proposal. Within 1-2 business days, after validation by SODCO, you will
receive a confirmation email that you have been given proponent access to that proposal.
